Safety first: no comparable lock system in the market!
A much heard comment from many motor home and caravan owners is that they don’t feel that the standard entrance doors and locks currently available on the market are adequate protection against illegal entry. The innovative Thetford Entrance Door, unlike its competitors, has been especially designed to increase the safety of the vehicle and it's occupants against illegal entry. Whereas most doors only have a single lock near the middle of the door, the Thetford Entrance Door has a multi-point lock system, incomparable in the market. This unique multi-point lock system is fully integrated in the door, making it hard to manipulate the lock, guaranteeing burglar safety. The fixed window integrated in the door surface with double (acryl) glass window ensures maximum security.
Corrosion resistant, impact resistant
The Thetford Entrance Door has a plastic outside frame. Most entrance doors which are made with aluminium frames are more susceptible to corrosion due to the poor thermal properties of this material. The high-tech fibre used on our doors is not only hard and thus impact resistant, but it also good to know that this material is easy to recycle.
